hi, super random post today :) i was drawing a major blank so i randomly asked one of my friends to hit me with ten quick little rapid fire questions and here’s what she came up with. feel free to copy-paste and add your own answers - there’s a blank set at the end :)

1. Are you a morning or a night person?

either. it’s a mind over matter thing. and it’s not that complicated. you just have to not think about it. (but i don’t always want to have a multi-sentence conversation right when i first wake up..)

2. What is something you find particularly annoying?

when people stand too close to me. i turn into a whole other monster when i feel like someone is too close to me and won’t take the hint. i’m not even sorry. or when i feel full after eating. that sounds absolutely mental but i hateeee feeling full. something like thanksgiving where everyone eats until they are stuffed is my nightmare. i’d rather go back and eat more five minutes later than feel full.

3. What is your favorite movie quote?

(full disclosure: she asked this because i rarely watch movies and don’t like discussing them ha)

from A Star is Born - “fucking men.”

but on a more serious note, Tony Bennett said “Life teaches you how to live it if you live long enough,” in this documentary about Amy Winehouse and it’s stuck with me ever since.

4. What’s a good rule you’ve learned from your parents?

work hard and be nice to people. but also.. nothing good happens after 1AM. and seatbelts are functional, not optional.

5. Where is the worst place you could get stuck?

the subway. or the underwater tunnel in boston.

6. What’s the last thing you dreamed about?

i don’t know. i never remember if it’s a good dream. and all my bad dreams are about disappointing people.

7. If you could choose your nickname, what would it be?

here’s the thing: you don’t choose your own nicknames.. and all nicknames are terrible for a reason. it’s like a rite of passage, almost.

8. What’s the strangest compliment you’ve ever been given?

that my personality is kinda kitten, mostly tiger. i don’t even know if that’s a compliment, but it was oddly specific.

9. On a scale of 1-10, how cool are you?

negative 12. on a good day.
