Ninja CREAMi Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

This might be our favorite Ninja CREAMi protein ice cream recipe yet. It’s so good and flavorful, yet doesn’t feel too heavy like some extra-rich (or protein-heavy) desserts can. I know not everyone is crazy about adding pudding mix to their Ninja CREAMis, but it really does help bind the ingredients and you don’t use too much in this recipe. This has become one of our staple CREAMi recipes and I hope you enjoy it, too.

ingredients

Makes one CREAMi

to prepare:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the mix-ins) and stir well. I just use a spoon, but some prefer to use a hand-held frother. Freeze overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

  2. Spin “Lite Ice Cream.”

    1. If it looks crumbly and not like ice cream, that’s normal - it just needs a re-spin.

  3. Scrape the sides and add a few more splashes of Fairlife milk (approx. 1-2 tablespoons).

  4. Re-spin.

  5. If you want to add mix-ins, add them into the center and then press “Mix-Ins.”

  6. Top with chopped strawberries and serve immediately.

    1. I’ve found that regular/ non-protein CREAMis are still good if you re-freeze and re-spin later on, but it’s not worth it for protein-based recipes.
